Cancellation made after 72 hours of conducting the booking cannot be refunded. We receive no cancellation requests at all via email or even chat; all of them are done over the phone. The majority of cancellations do not include reimbursement. We are not able to refund after a cancellation because the hotel and airline policies do not allow for a refund.
Refund

Even though we have adjusted our refund processes to the requirements of our clients, we cannot be sure that you will be refunded once you have the money, as a refund is still under the airways regulations. The cancellations that can be refunded are the ones made within 72 hours of the reservation. In case of payment using an alternative means, a check will be dispatched to replace a credit made on the same account as the reservation. The process of refunding lasts approximately 10-15 days. Banks need a couple of additional days to get the cash into your bank account. The reimbursement can sometimes require between 60 to 90 days to process and reflect on the bank account statement. The only situation where we can reimburse the service fee is for a full refund.
